summary

In a 31-year-old female patient endometriosis was diagnosed in the lower part of the ureter. The diagnosis was made before operation in which the tumour was excised together with the involved part of the ureter and a margin of unchanged bladder wall. The manifestations of the disease and therapeutic management are discussed.
