summary

The article presents the use of the intra-ureter ?S" catheter to divert the urine from the kidney to the bladder in patients with yarious obstacle? in the urine flux from the kidney. The article describes a group of the authors' 58 patients who had the ?S" catheter introduced into the ureter intrasurgically and by means of en­doscopy. Good results were obtained in 53 patients.
