summary

The first own experiences are presented with ureterorenoscopic treatment of ureteral calculi. The method was successfully applied in 17 cases. Calculi were removed from the upper part of the ureter by descending techni±ue through a Percutaneous renal fistula using an ultrasonographic probe. Concrements from the lower part of the ureter were removed by means of Dormia basket under visual Control or their fragments were removed with a No 5 Rivolith Charr probe after the previous fragmentation with electrohydraulic waves.
