summary

A new method is presented for surgical treatment of double ureters in children in which the webbed branches of the ureters are separated at a distance of 3?4 om to the distal part of the double ureter and implanted into the submucosa using two channels leading to the bladder lumen ? the medial ureter is passed through a transverse channel and the lateral one through an oblique channel. Eleven chil­dren were treated by this method with good results.
