summary

The results were analysed retrospectiively of renal injury treatment im 60 children. In all renal trauma cases of major or medium degree the management was surgical. Congenital anomalies an emergency operations are, in the opinion of the authors, the main causes of a rise in the number of removed kidneys and postoperative complication in renal injuries.
