An uniusual .oampdioatioin of a plastic operation of pyeloureterosiiomy is des­cribed in a patient with hypensensiitiviity to rubber. The allergic reaatiotn to the. catheter left lin the poisitoperative cuitaineoneplhriastamy wound caiuised obliteration of the ureteral lumen.
