- Six patients are analysed with anunia caused by bilateral calcull in the upper urinary tract formed'from uric acid, which (were not always producing attacks of renal colic. Diagnostie difficulties are discussed. Early, often irwmediate surgical intervention is recornmended in view iof the possibility of uninairy infection caused by prolonged or fre±uently repeated catheteriization of the ureters.
