summary

The authors evaluiated the diagnostdte vaiue of open (intriao(perative) Mopsy of the kidneys and analysed its complications in children with nephrotic syndrome. The method of performing the biopsy and Indications to it are described and the objective assessment of its value in relation to percutaneous biopsy is discussed.
