Rare cases of the penetrating injuries of male external genitalia complicated by the presence of the foreign bodies

summary

Two separate cases of foreign bodies ? pieces of metal implements within external male genitalia were presented. Metal chips of implements penetrated male organs incidentally during work. Patients used the instruments according to their assignment (forging of steel elements) and they were dressed properly. The energy of metal chips was so big that they stick within subcutaneous tissue of penis in one case and within testicle in the other. The patients were operated on immediately. Way of treatment, its results and comparison with other cases described in literature were discussed.
