The aim of the present study is to analyse the data of patients treated by TURBT, and estimate the rate of concordance between the clinical and pathological stage in series of patients subjected to radical cystectomy.

Material and methods.

Data of patients who were treated by TURBT and who were subjected to radical cystectomy from 1st January 2005 to 31st December 2006 were analysed retrospectively. 149 patients with primary tumor were subjected to TURBT. 36 radical cystectomies were performed in this time.
