- The one ofthe more difficult in urology is the risk ofstriclurc of the uretcroileal anastomosis after radical cystopro-statectomy with creation ofthe ileal bladder. Endoscopic balloon dilatation ofthe uretcroileal strictures is an alternative to the open operative correction. Authors discribc the use to dilatation such stricture by means of the Fogarty\'s catheter.
