urinary tract urolithiasis stone matrix proteins
summary
- The significance of the urinary stone matrix connected with origin and
- growth of urinary stone is still unclear. The aim of the study is to determinate
- the study is to determinate the gravimetry of proteins creating the urinary
- stone matrix.
- Matherial and method. 17 urinary stones that were obtained from patients
- treated in our department were dialized and analyzed using columnar
- chromatography Superdex 75. The urinary stones were also subjected to X-ray
- phase analysis using X-ray diffractometer Siemens D 5000.
- Results. We observe three kinds of urinary stones.
- 1. Containing proteins above 60 kDa.
- 2. Containing proteins since 10 to 60 kDa.
- 3. Containing proteins to 10 kDa.
- Conclusion. The dimensions of the proteins are not the same in different
- urinary stones matrix. Urinary stones contain different ±uantity of proteins
- in the stones matrix.
