summary

A complicated case of iatrogenic bladder cirrhosis and bilateral vesicoureteral reflux is reported in which a fully functioning vicarious bladder was formed from an isolated sigmoid loop. The authors discuss the advantages and disadvantages of sigmoid use in the place of smali intestine.
