kidney renal tumor minimally invasive therapy

summary

There has been increasing incidence of renal cancer in recent years. It concerns mostly small renal tumors. Its diameter and patients
status significantly influence selection of proper way of therapy. Improvement of surgical techniques made endoscopic radical nephrectomy
and nephron sparing surgery possible. In the paper review of minimally invasive therapies of renal tumors was done. In the
first part data of radical nephrectomy and nephron sparing surgery was analyzed. Both operations may be carried out endoscopically
however endoscopic resection is still under investigation and needs further studies.
