summary

Patient with recidival anterior sliding abdomino-perineal hernia localized in major labia
pudenda has been presented. The content of hernia sack were: urinary bladder filled with stones
and major omentum.
Abdomino- perineal hernioplastics with reposition of the bladder have been performed.
Chronical disease caused periodical disfunction of the bladder sphincter with total
incontinency. After 7 months the function of the sphincter has been renewed.
