summary

The paper presents the techni±ue and the results of Percutaneous removal of renal calculi in patients with congenital anomalies of the kidneys. 18 patients had double pyelocalyceal system and 5 patients had a horseshoe kidney. The controls were patients with similar (renal stones but without any anomalies. The results of treatment were similar in both groups of patients. No increased risk was observed dn applying PCNL on kidneys with congenital malformations.
