bladder bladder carcinoma adenocarcinoma

summary

A case of extremely rare urine bladder carcinoma has been described. The
tumour contained simultaneously a mixture of transitional cell carcinoma and
adenocarcinoma. The diagnosis was established on the basis of characteristic
history, radiological examinations, and histopatological findings. The tissue
was obtained during transuretheral electroresection of the tumour. The patient
refused the radical treatment of a total cystectomy. He died soon after
treatment.
