summary

History of a 76 year old woman suffering from the sigmoid cancer with

infiltration to urinary bladder and ileum was presented. The operation

involving partial cystectomy, partial sigmoidectomy and segmental resection

of the ileum was performed as one procedure at the same time. The digestive

tract passage was restored by "end to end" anastomosis. The postoperative

period run smoothly without any events. No symptoms of cancer recurrence

and no urinary tract infection after the 9 months follow-up is observed.
