10 patients with benign prostatic obstruction. Were observed in all 10 patients prostatectomy by

TUR was done with bad result, because non total tissue of the prostatic gland has been removed. The

prostatic gland have been removed by open surgery in all patients. In 100% of the patients positive

results have been observed after 3-6 months, both in subjective and objective miction parameters.
