The authors present 16 men with Peyronie's disease treated with local injection of Orgotein. In 14
patients there was general improvement, decrease or reliefe of pain during intercourse, reduction or
disappearance of penile curvature and erectile improvement in 2. In 8 patients we found pla±ue
dimameter to be diminished. Authors believe that Orgotein is one of the most effective drugs in
conservative treatment of Peyronie's disease.
