summary

The rare case of inflammatory tumor arising from persistent urachus in 62 - year old man has
been presented. Large infiamatory tumor of lower part of the abdomen has been confirmed by USG,
CT and fistulography. the diagnosis of infiamatory charakter of the tumor has been confirmed by
postoperative histopatological examination.
