- In 56 patients subjected to Mauclair's operation ureterosigmoidostomy was performed by a modification of the method of Leadbettetr. In all 109 ureters were implanted into the sigmoid. Postoperative urography demonstrated normal anatomical conditions in 91.7% of the implanted ureters, stenosis developed in 7.0% of the ureters and ureteral reflux in 19,3%.
