Cases of unfavourable locations of tumours in the bladder are presented with description of their treatment by means of transurethral electroresection. These tumours included those situated in bladder diverticula, near the ureteral orifices, bladder neck, bladder apex and in the wall of the space after removed prostatic adenoma. In case of more advanced tumour with infiltration of nearly whole bladder wall it is better to perform electroresection in two stages and it is im­portant to remove the tumours with an elektroresection loop without coagulation which blurs the border between the structure of the tumour and the wall of the bladder.
