summary

Own experiences and clinical observations are reported on the surgical method of producing a continent ileal bladder. The aim of the operation is supravesical urinary diversion without the necessity of using an exchangeable bags for urine.
The techni±ue and the indications to the operation are discussed. Results are re­ported dn 2 cases operated upon for neurogenic vesical dysfunction.
