summary

The method of extravesical urine diversion with implantation of the bladder trigone into an isolated loop of the smali intestine is describec. The techni±ue of this operation performed in a 6-year-old girl is described in detail. She was trea­ted surgically far bladder exstrophy. The very good result encourage to further use of the method in such cases when reconstruction of the bladder is not pos­sible.
