summary

Late results of treatment of urethral stenosis in 178 males are reported. Cure was obtained in 69.7% of surgically treated patients, and the best results were in cases of short-lasting iatrogenic stenoses after transurethral electroresections. Complications were noted in only 12.6% of cases.
