summary
- The authors described an effective method of the therapy of prolonged erection due to intracavernous administration of papaverin by means of external cavernous-venous fistula. Temporal blood diversion from the cavernous bodies into the basal brachial vein li±uidated the pain and made it possible to regenerate the tissue of the cavernous body, which was confirmed by the preservation of sexual functions.
