summary

The authors present a patient, J. M., aged 62, in whom they formed a tight, intestinal urinary bladder to divert urine after radical cystectomy due to urinary bladder carcinoma. They used a fragment of intenstines, a cecum and a 20 cm fragment of ascending colon and 15 cms of final ileum. The ureters were implanted to create antireflux along the two tenias of ascending colon. Urinary fistula was formed on the skin of the abdomen. Four months after the surgery, the condition of the patient is satisfactory, and urinary hold very good.
