summary

The article discusses the use of an urological spiral in 12 patients with the retention of urine, and indications and contraindications for this therapy procedure. The authors are of the opinion that an urological spiral is a good means of pallia-tive therapy in patients with the retention of urine and in whom there are con­traindications for electroresection.
