summary

The article presents a patient with a penis fracture combined with an injury of the urethra which he suffered during a sexual intercourse. In spite of a 20-hour lapse, the patient was successfully operated. On the grounds of this case, one may suppose that surgical treatment should be applied as a method from choice. '
