summary

The effectiveness of metoclopramide applied in large doses has been eval:ua-ted in fighting vomiting in the course of chemotherapy of testicular tumors and neoplasms in the urinary bladder. A statistically significant reduction of the vo-lume and fre±uency of vomits has been obtained. The side effects resulting from applying metoclopramide did not present a clinical problem, and their duration was only temporary.
