summary

The subject of the study was an analysis of 65 patients with vertebral frac­tures. In some of them bladder paralysis was present leading to urinary tract in­fection.
Methods are discussed of management of cases of infected and non-infected urinary tract considering the necssity of parallel management of urinary tract infection and surgical treatment of spinal and spinal cord injury.
